Unfortunately, as I am moving, I have to look for a new surgery. Rushall medical centre has looked after me for almost 11 years. I really have no complaints. I've regularly had blood taken by the healthcare assistants, they have always been friendly caring and helpful. I've also seen the diabetic nurses regularly, they again have been friendly caring and helpful. Emergency appointments could always be booked on the day and which ever doctor I saw I had no complaints. My Doctor of choice was always Dr Owen, she always listened, she didn't trivialize my fears or concerns and she always discussed with me any treatments needed. If I just wanted to speak to Dr Owen, I could always ring, leave a message and she would call me back. As I have several health issues there were times I couldn't get to the surgery. Dr Owen didn't hesitate to do a home visit. She genuinely cares.
Great service, always seen in a good time and not waiting weeks for appointments

Nice staff talkative too but appointment are few and far apart and they run late most of the time and google has the wrong opening and closing times.
Excellent staff and very well run.Nothing but praise for everyone involved.

Some good doctors here but some just don’t want to take the responsibility of making a decision. One GP picked up a serious issue with my son at 8 weeks old which led to major surgery to fix after 2 years of treatment. Another GP previously told me he’s fine and sent us home only to end up in A&E 24 hours later. I was disappointed but didn’t complain as that won’t get us anywhere. I simply refuse to see that GP again. Never had an issue with reception staff who always seem friendly. Can’t be easy for them dealing with so many demands and expectations. Whatever the difficulties, have stayed with this surgery to make sure my son gets continuity of care. Waiting times vary but on average have had to wait between 15-40 minutes for a booked GP appointment.
I have a long history of chronic disabling pain since 2010. The surgery do their best to get me seen by my Dr of choice although it's not always possible. Several get good Dr's here so urgent appointments can be quickly but sadly reading other reviews you can't please everyone all the time.,..,

I had my tongue tie fixed here 2 weeks ago and it has completely healed now. I want to thank the 3 staff members who worked on a Saturday to get that done for me in the maxillofacial unit. They were all really nice and friendly and informative.
I wish to congratulate the whole staff of the Day Centre 201 for the treatment I received yesterday the 21st May 18. There was nothing but pleasantness from the early morning greeting from reception to the discharge nurse. I was put completely at ease by all members of staff and every procedure was explained fully and with patience. The highlight of my day was following, 3 steps behind, the anaesthetist to her consultation room, wishing the corridor was a mile long. (No, I'm not a dirty old man, well, maybe just a little). So Thank you to Mr. S Ganta Consultant and his wonderful staff. A very satisfied patient.

Very good. Very nice. ISS very very. I come back .... : - xDD
They provide a good and professional service and the buildings and consultation areas are very pleasant. However, it is difficult to get an appointment and with mental health is it often urgent or fairly urgent to be seen. It is also difficult to get minor medication increases approved, even when you badly need an increased dose. My other issue is that Secretaries to Psychiatrists promise to sort things out and get someone to get back to you and you hear nothing more for weeks. This means someone with a mental health issue, or a relative, needs to repeatedly chase things up.
